We hand shuck the clams, which allows all the natural juices and sweet flavor to remain in the clam until processing. The Thick-n-Tasty clams are then sliced to a thickness 2 times thicker than a standard clam strip. The strips are coated in a light Narragansett beer (the official beer of the clam) batter with a mild flavor of malt and hops.
