OLD SALT® Stuffed Clams in Natural Shells are
made from chopped clams, bread crumbs, clam juice, and selected spices.
Stuffed clams are packed on fiberboard trays, which are cellophane wrapped
to prevent breakage. Old Salt® stuffed clams are popular as an appetizer
or entreé.

Preparation:
- DEEP FRYER: Fry 3 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown. Do not
overcook.
- CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake 20 minutes on a tray at 400°F. Add a dab of
butter on top and/or bacon strips for extra flavor. After baking, remove
from the pan and cool the shells thoroughly before serving.
- CAUTION: Shells may be extremely hot.
