Sea Watch's Calamari Strips are made from the North Pacific Flying Squid (ommastrephes bartrami).
They are cut into 1/4 x 4-5 inch strips and breaded with a classic blend of Italian seasonings.

Preparation:
- DEEP FRYER: 360°F for two minutes or until desired color and crispness is achieved. Cook to an internal, minimal temperature of 160°F (71°C).°F.
- OVEN BAKE: Preheat Oven to 450°F. On a cookie sheet add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and spread evenly with a brush or paper towel. Then place strips evenly on the cookie sheet, cook for 12 minutes at 450°F. Flip strips over and bake an additional 8 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute before serving. Cook to an internal, minimal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
