Clam Ceviche

  1. Mix all ingredients except the popcorn together in a glass bowl and chill for one hour.
  2. Remove from refrigerator and mix again.
  3. Serve 6 ounces in a small dish with a cup of popcorn on the side.
  4. Popcorn is added to the ceviche a few kernels at a time to add crunch and texture.
