Clam Fritters
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Sea Watch Chopped Clams, reserve the liquid
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2½ cups flour
- 2 teas. Baking powder
- ¼ teas. Salt
- ¼ teas. Pepper
- Oil for frying
- Deep fryer for frying
Method:
- Preheat fryer to 350.
- Combine the clan juice, egg, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper and beat until well blended.
- If not enough liquid, add a little bit of water, or milk.
- Stir in the clams.
- If fryer is ready, drop by teaspoonfuls into the fryer.
- Fry until a deep golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and eat and enjoy.
