Clam Fritters

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Preheat fryer to 350.
  2. Combine the clan juice, egg, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper and beat until well blended.
  3. If not enough liquid, add a little bit of water, or milk.
  4. Stir in the clams.
  5. If fryer is ready, drop by teaspoonfuls into the fryer.
  6. Fry until a deep golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and eat and enjoy.
