Clam Ka-Bobs
Ingredients:
- 15oz can Sea Watch Whole Ocean Clams, drained
- 2 medium Onions
- 1 Red bell pepper, cut into eighths
- ½ lb Mushrooms, fresh
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 small can Pineapple chunks
- ¼ lb Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- Prepared rice of your choice
Method:
- Skewer clams and vegetables.
- Melt butter and add garlic powder and pepper.
- Brush mixture over skewers.
- Broil or bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes, reapply butter halfway through.
- For best results, grill.
- Serve on a bed of rice.
