Clam Pot Pie
Ingredients:- 1 51 oz. can Sea Watch New England Clam Chowder
- 1 frozen mixed vegetables, family size bag
- 1 pie crust with top crust
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Prepare chowder, only using ½ the recommended milk.
- Add chopped onion and spices.
- Add vegetables.
- Pour into the piecrust.
- Place top crust over mixture and brush with egg yoke.
- Bake at 375ºF until crust is golden brown.
