Deviled Clams

Ingredients: Preparation:
  1. Cook garlic, onion and celery in butter until tender.
  2. Blend in flour and seasonings.
  3. Add clams and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir a little of the hot sauce into eggs.
  5. Add egg mixture to remaining sauce, stirring constantly.
  6. Add cracker meal and parsley.
  7. Fill well-greased individual shells or casseroles with mixture and top with bacon.
  8. Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
