Red Clam Sauce for Pasta
Ingredients:- 1 51 oz. can of Sea Watch Chopped Clams
- 10 cups tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Sea Watch Clam Juice
- ¼ tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- ¼ Tsp. pepper
- 1½ tsp. salt
- Sauté garlic in oil until lightly brown.
- Add all other ingredients except clams.
- Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat.
- Add clams and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over pasta.
