Seafood Rice Pilaf
Ingredients:- 5 c. Clam Juice
- 2 1/2 c. Long Grain Wild Rice
- 1/2 c. Diced Carrots
- 1/2 c. Diced Red Pepper
- 1/2 c. Diced Green Pepper
- 1 tsp. of Lemon Juice
- 1/2 c. Clam Juice
- Use 5 cups of clam juice in place of water in the rice cooking instructions.
- Prepare vegetables by simmering them in 1/2 cup of clam juice and 1 tsp. of lemon juice.
- Combine cooked rice with cooked vegetables.
Yield: 10-4 oz servings.
