Seafood Rice Pilaf

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Use 5 cups of clam juice in place of water in the rice cooking instructions.
  2. Prepare vegetables by simmering them in 1/2 cup of clam juice and 1 tsp. of lemon juice.
  3. Combine cooked rice with cooked vegetables.
Applications: Serve with broiled steamed or sautÈ seafood entrees for a unique and flavorful side dish.
Yield: 10-4 oz servings.
