Soy Ginger Sauce for Steamer Clams
Ingredients:- 1/2 c. Lite Soy Sauce
- 1/2 juice from Lemon
- 1 tsp. Ginger
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 c. spring onions, sliced very thin
- 1/4 c. White Rice vinegar
- Combine all ingredients except the onions and heat gently until sugar is dissolved.
- Add the onions at the time of serving.
