Sea Watch uses only Loligo calamari which is cream in color and naturally tender. Calamari is increasingly popular because of its sweetness, versatility, and ease of preparation.

Italian Calamari Strips

Sea Watch's Calamari Strips are made from the North Pacific Flying Squid (ommastrephes bartrami). They are cut into 1/4 x 4-5 inch strips and breaded with a classic blend of Italian seasonings.
